  • To Fulfill Your Order: We use your name, email, and payment information to process your transaction and deliver your digital report.
  • To Communicate With You: We use your email to send your report and respond to your inquiries.
  • To Improve Our Site: We use anonymous analytics data to understand how users interact with our website.

3. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

To provide our service, we must share certain information with trusted third-party partners. We are committed to working only with partners who meet high standards of data privacy and security.

  • Shopify: Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your order and payment data is stored through Shopify’s data storage and databases.
  • DeepSeek (AI Partner): To generate your report, we send your anonymized birth data (date, time, location) to the DeepSeek API. They process this information to perform the BaZi analysis and return the report text.
  • CloudConvert (PDF Generation): We use a service like CloudConvert to dynamically create the final PDF of your report. The personalized HTML is sent to them for conversion.
  • Email Provider: We use an email service provider to deliver your final report to your inbox.

4. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have rights over your personal data. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or California, you have the following rights:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.
